On Kingship, by Selinus IV

Selinus IV, King of Selinus, known as ‘The Scholar’ wrote a work, circa 19260 AC, filled advice for noble lords. From his texts it is clear that he meant his work solely for circulation amongst nobility. His works provide valuable insights in the way a monarch expects his realm to function. In some ways, his book has come to define how a noble realm should function. One can argue the point that this is not desirable, nor that it was ever King Selinus IV intention that it be read in that manner.

The book certainly gives explicit definition to many concepts associated with nobility. It gives context to concepts like the ‘Right to Bear Arms’ and the ‘Right to Hospitality’ while it discusses many other noble rights in detail too. A must read for any young noble heir.
